Edison HVAC has been phenomenal in the years since installation. The service team has been super responsive for any issues that have come up with the units and stand up to their warranties. Today, Edison HVAC sent Jabrill Lewis to troubleshoot an issue I've been having with the system that was seemingly struggling to heat the house efficiently. Even as Jabrill's testing showed no irregularities with the ductwork, he did not dismiss my concerns as others may have and continued to investigate my complaint. Minutes later, he found a large sheet of paper that happened to make it's way behind the unit that was blocking the airflow. I literally jumped for joy as the system is operating as advertised again. Many thanks and gratitude to Jabrill for being client focused and an efficient problem solver.

Edison’s technician communicated his imminent arrival and arrived within the specified window of time. He was polite and respectful of the property as indicated by his donning protective booties over his shoes. I am not an expert in the HVAC field, so I can’t comment specifically on the quality of annual maintenance/equipment testing that was done (or indeed if such things as wiping down the condenser, were actually done at all!) I did not see him performing the tests that appear on his written report and trust that if he reports that the system is running smoothly and I have had no problems, then all is good!

Service performed under a not-inexpensive service contract. Took about a month to get the appointment. One complaint is that there are zero reminders of any kind about the appointment--I had to call on the phone and was verbally told the date/time and never heard again if it was still on.

Pat from service team went above and beyond to make sure our A/C worked correctly. He stayed for the whole afternoon and did numerous testing and adjustments. He even stayed extra longer to make sure we have right amount of air in one room. After his visit, he also connected with installation team to follow up and fix some wiring issues. We are so so happy with the proper working system!! Can’t recommend Pat enough!
