Addressed no-cool complaint on a Trane XR14 system in South Plainfield. Diagnosis revealed low refrigerant charge and dirty condenser coil. Performed leak detection using Fieldpiece DR82 refrigerant detector, locating small leak at Schrader valve. Replaced valve core using Appion MegaFlow speed wrench. Recharged system with R-410A to factory specifications using Yellowjacket 42006 digital manifold. Cleaned condenser coil with Nu-Calgon Alka-Brite Plus for improved heat transfer. Replaced clogged air filter with Honeywell FC100A1037 MERV 11 filter. Post-repair testing confirmed proper cooling operation and improved system efficiency.

Brandon did an outstanding job inspecting our outside air condenser and locating the problem. He fixed the issue quickly, and for a reasonable cost. He answered many of our other questions, too. He was patient, thoughtful, and honest. He gave us insight into other ways to make our home cooler on very hot days. I would highly recommend him for repairs. Our outside unit is running great so far (after short cycling for months), and many other companies tried to rip us off by saying we needed to replace our entire air system (inside and out).

Your employee was polite professional and diagnosed and issue we were having with the fan coming on in the winter that I have mentioned to other techs for the last three years and he is the first one who fixed it. He could not have been nicer. We have always had very professional techs visit for our yearly service but this guy is the best. So nice to have people in your home who you feel know what they are doing. Make sure you thank this guy for doing a great job! Without good employees your company would be nothing.
