I performed a ductwork repair on a home HVAC system. Several sections of the flex duct had tears, causing air leaks and reduced efficiency. I replaced the damaged sections with new, durable insulated ducting and sealed all connections with mastic to prevent future leaks. Additionally, I adjusted the dampers to ensure balanced airflow throughout the home. After the repair, the system's efficiency improved significantly, providing better comfort and airflow. Overall, it was an excellent service. However, I was hoping, instead of giving 4hour window appointment time, it will lessen to 2hrs @ least. This goes to all companies, not just EDISON HVAC.
