Mr. Joe Perry has been to my home to diagnose and repair several problems with both my central air unit and now, my existing heating unit. He is exceptional at diagnosing the problems on both occasions and follows up on them immediately!! I have been impressed with his knowledge and professionalism, in addition to his very pleasant manner and ability to communicate everything in a simple and precise manner.
